Jakob Grimminger (25 April 1892 – 28 January 1969) was an early member of the SA, and then the SS who participated in the street-fighting in Coburg in 1922 and in the Munich Beer Hall Putsch of 8 November 1923.
In September 1926, he was appointed as the official and unique bearer and guardian of the Blutfahne, the iconic Swastika flag stained with the blood of an SA man killed during the Putsch.
